Unfortunately, the only way to get a complete set of the rules and regulations is by purchasing a home here and they are provided during the escrow process. We do have many of the rules and requirements handy and are happy to review these with you but financial reports are delivered as part of the purchasing process and are updated annually.
The seller is required to pay for these documents as part of statutory disclosure in California in escrow.
