Can You Enclose Patios to Create a Sun Room?

Leisure World does allow some patios to be screened in. It does depend on which Mutual you are in and whether you have direct afternoon sun exposure for some. 
 
With the proper building permits the unit can be expanded out over the patio to create additional living space. This would require re-pouring the cement slab, re-stucco the exterior, dry walling the interior, installing approved windows and electrical outlets.
