If the Unit is Owned by a Living Trust

  • Originals of the Stock Certificate and Membership Certificate
  • Certified copy of the death certificate (if applicable)
  • A key to the unit
  • A complete copy of the Trust and all amendments
    • If any of the parties who created the trust have died a $150 check made payable to the Golden Rain Foundation is required to cover the cost of attorney review.

If the Unit is Owned by Individuals

  • Originals of the Stock Certificate and Membership Certificate
  • Certified copy of the death certificate (if someone who shows on title has died)
  • A key to the unit

If the Unit is in Probate or Conservatorship

  • Originals of the Stock Certificate and Membership Certificate
  • Certified copy of the death certificate (if applicable)
  • The court document appointing the executor or administrator
  • A key to the unit
