If the Unit is Owned by a Living Trust

Photo copies of both sides of the Stock Certificate and Membership Certificate
Certified copy of the death certificate (if applicable)
A key to the unit
A complete copy of the Trust and all amendments
- If any of the parties who created the trust have died a $125 check made payable to the Golden Rain Foundation is required to cover the cost of attorney review.

If the Unit is Owned by Individuals

Photo copies of both sides of the Stock Certificate and Membership Certificate
Certified copy of the death certificate (if someone who shows on title has died)
A key to the unit

If the Unit is in Probate or Conservatorship

Photo copies of both sides of the Stock Certificate and Membership Certificate
Certified copy of the death certificate (if applicable)
The court document appointing the executor or administrator
A key to the unit
