I have been involved in the real estate business for the past 22 years. I have also had experience on the escrow side as well as the transaction coordinator side. These backgrounds have helped me to understand the entire process and exactly what is involved from beginning to end in a real estate transaction. I got my real estate license in 2000 while having three young children at home. Real Estate allowed me to have the flexibility to be available for my children when needed, but also allowed me the opportunity to pursue a career. About 10 years ago, I was blessed to be given the opportunity to partner up with Mr. Steve Marsh, who had already been established in the community. I proceeded to work exclusively in the Leisure World community, learning the ins and outs of listing, selling, and the ever-changing financial qualification process. After moving my mother into the community shortly thereafter, my passion grew even stronger for the community as I saw firsthand how it changed my mom's quality of life and allowed her to continue to be active and social.

My Current Passion

Over the past few years, the residential real estate market has become increasingly challenging. Also, senior citizens are becoming more concerned about conserving financial resources. I enjoy helping people solve problems, so I have shifted most of my advertising and real estate activity to listing and selling units in Leisure World, Seal Beach, California. Leisure World is a gated active adult community located only 1.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Leisure World is truly the answer to all of the senior citizens' prayers. It is very affordable and offers an active adult lifestyle. This meets the seniors’ needs and makes it enjoyable for me to help them conserve limited financial resources.

My Experience

Over the past 20 years, I have lived through one major downturn in the real estate market. This current market is by far the most challenging. This is why I feel it is important for everyone to eliminate as much debt as possible. Seal Beach Leisure World is the perfect answer for that problem. The units sell for all cash, so no debt is incurred, and the prices are very affordable.
