In his past, he headed the development of education at Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance. As a leader in agent growth, Nicholas trained and mentored agents entering the industry, providing the tools and support to ensure their success. His leadership role extended to overseeing and supporting the over 350 agents working under his guidance across the Coastal Alliance Brand. Nicholas supports and cultivates an extensive network of real estate professionals to support his client base with exceptional communication and local area knowledge.
While the real estate industry continues to change and become increasingly competitive, Nicholas's creativity, adaptability, and concentrated efforts allowed him to rise above the competition early in his real estate career. He earned the "Rookie of the Year" award following his first year at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Shortly thereafter, he developed a successful team in the North East Los Angeles Area.
Nicholas has since partnered with Carol Gasper to open Gasper Monteer Realty Group, where they focus their time and attention on assisting Seniors in their real estate endeavors.
